Hi, what does it mean 0/9  point?

It is a perspective of a Duality and even a Holy Trinity, free energy is perceived to come from the 0 point. The 9 and the 0 reflect each other in a perspective of what comes first and second, which is the Duality perceived in this work as Mind (9) and Spirit (0). In a linear/material perspective, the fundamental Binary/Duality is 0,1 but in a non-linear/spiritual perspective we find the fundamental Binary/Duality might be perceived as 9,0 with 9 coming first as it reflects all the numbers and no number at the same time. It would be the 9 evolving to reflect upon itself, from being whole (+/-) to being separate 9 (+), 0 (-).

We find these fields and values are malleable and dependent upon perspective such that the 0/9 point as a Trinity would reflect 0=Spirit /=Mind 9=Matter which is an understanding of how Mind gives form to Matter which is fundamentally Spirit. So saying 0/9 point as opposed to simply 0 point energy is a broadening of perspective and realization of how it is all connected and fundamentally sourced from the same thing. We find our Reality/Universe/God is a Fractal and Reflective Self-Reinforcing Reciprocating System.

The process is through individual awakening, until there is a critical mass. It's a process, and it takes some time here.
Free energy simply won't be spreading until the mass consciousnesses awakens.
Even for the awakened ones, there is still work of integration.

Yes, in fact the CIA document on the gateway experience turned me on to Itzhak Bentov and his book Stalking the Wild Pendulum which is excellent. His Cosmic Egg was instantly seen as a reflection of the Unity Equation for me. I kept saying once some-one figures out the equation and models it, we will find free energy within it. Turns out it was me who ended up modeling it after being guided by a random hermeticism post on reddit. That lead me to take a quick look at the work of TT Brown again to find how he was manipulating the charges (-/+ or the negative over the positive, spirit over mind aka "the big bang") to defy gravity. It all fell in to place and I manged to model the equation about 4 months ago and I am still seeking assistance in proofing the work...

Back to Bentov, he has so much right but his Cosmic Egg diagrams just miss the mark of completing the circuit, his white/black hole in the center of the egg is incorrect, the asymmetry that he was looking for is found in the placement of the Torus in the UFC and UE. Monroe and Campbell's work are top notch, the UFC reflects Campbell's description of "rendering" of matter from spirit, it is an understanding of fundamental mechanics and perceived as God's Law of Relationship and the 9th Hermetic Principle.

I appreciate the videos, in the second one the models seems to have a 1:2 ratio reflected in them, which is also found in Vortex Math. Much like the Ying/Yang symbol, they remind me of the UFC in their own way. Good stuff, a little complicated for me, I consider mine a broad yet narrow perspective such that I am perceiving that fundamentally, every-thing is a fractal reflection of itself. I try and stay in my lane of simple and not complicated, I like to reduce every-thing down to Unity, Duality, Trinities and look at the sameness of various perspectives of the same, instead of the differences.
