Zero Point With Plasma

Here's another Zero Point with plasma.  This is a patent by Don Smith.  Look familiar Joel?  Imagine a round plasma bulb instead.  You was so close.

The problem I'm having with all these devices including the QEG yes great output, If I try and loop it, things go boom, If I use semiconductors , eats up current to nothing. And let me tell you it's a lot more complicated then just sticking an "inverter" into the output like some diagrams suggest..... So be this be the QEG etc... My issue anyways is how to trap this energy and use it...

Only thing I have not tried is some high pass and low pass filtering to try and keep the frequency ranges isolated from the output.......
