I was looking at Joel's youtube video "Understanding True Potential" and in the explenation he is talking about
high frequency inverter. So my question is, what do you think about this inverter: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32866924746.html
will it do the work?

It's just easier to get HV with high frequency, You can use 60 hertz and microwave transformer or build your own oscillators.
