This is outrageous simple device.

 See attached original patent and some interpretations and attempts to replicate in Patrick Kelly book chapter 11

I forgot to mention that this invention might be the power source for the electric car supposed Tesla drove it and he just introduced 2 long on thick iron rods, what do you think ?
