Here I show the concept:

To implement this circuit, I have designed a primary and secondary coil as a Tesla coil recipient, which are both grounded genuinely. Additionally, there is an optional coil connected to a variable capacitor, framing an average tunable L/C circuit. This circuit is then connected to a Full bridge diode rectifier power supply, which is arranged as a Split rail DC power supply, thereby acting as a voltage multiplier. This enhancement improves the performance and makes the circuit sensitive even in calm conditions.

The circuit is highly sensitive and can easily generate 3 volts DC or more in calm local conditions, and much more in built-up areas near high power radio frequencies. It is driven by nearby RF sources, such as electrical cables, motors, and anything that may emit RF. While this circuit is not new, it is working effectively as a proof of concept. In fact, it could even charge your mobile phone for free.
